As Reno's premier physician-led medical spa, Clean Slate values excellence in every house call. To uphold this standard and ensure a seamless treatment, we kindly request our patients check that they have a suitable setup ahead of our arrival.

Ready for your at-home appointment?

One. For the safety of all and to provide you with an impeccable service experience, we kindly ask that pets and young children be secured in a separate area during our visit. While we love pets and kids, we will not be able to enter your space or proceed with treatment until they are in a separate area.

Two. Please have a surface available, such as a couch, bed, or recliner, where you can comfortably lie down or recline during your appointment. We bring with us sterile, disposable materials to safeguard your surfaces and ensure a hygienic procedure.

Three. While we bring lighting equipment, choosing a naturally well-lit area can be helpful for certain treatments, such as Botox/Xeomin, microneedling, and thermolysis. Feel free to choose low-light for IV therapies and Hydrafacials, as dim lighting can be more relaxing for you.
